Spinney Lake 5 is situated in a quiet area of Lower Mill Estate while also being only a short walk away from the award-winning Lower Mill Spa and Ballihoo Restaurant. Sit back and relax on the property's roof terrace which gives you one of the best views at Lower Mill, overlooking Spinney Lake.
This lakeside property also comes with your own private Jetty, making it the perfect base for your holiday as you can explore the best the Lower Mill nature reserve has to offer by water.
Please note that the water sports equipment in the images is not included in your booking. You may bring your own equipment with you to be stored outside or you can rent from the Activity Hub based a short 5-minute walk from the property.

Ground Floor
As you enter Spinney Lake 5 you come through the entrance hallway into a lovely open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area perfect for your family or friends to make tasty homemade meals. After dinner, sit back and relax around the log fire while taking in the lake views. The kitchen table extends to seat 12.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a W/C, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a study/additional seating area.
First Floor
On the first floor, you will find the property's four bedrooms. The master bedroom has beautiful views over Spinney Lake with a balcony area perfect for a morning coffee as the sun rises over the lake. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom.
There is a further twin bedroom and family bathroom on the first floor. There is a bunk bedroom that can sleep up to four across two bunk beds making it a perfect room for families with young children.
The final bedroom is a further double ensuite overlooking the front of the house, also with a balcony area and bistro table.
Outside
At the back of the property, you will benefit from a quiet garden area leading to a jetty that gives you access to Spinney Lake. The garden area is not enclosed. On the back decking, you will find a BBQ and outdoor dining table which will allow you to make the most of the summer sun. There is a spiral staircase from the ground floor up to the first-floor balcony that also carries on to one of the standout features of this property, the roof terrace. Here you will find a coffee table, chairs, and four deck chairs making it a great location for you and your family to sit back and relax and take in the surrounding nature reserve.
Please note that during the winter months, the lakes are closed to water sports once the lake temperatures drop too low.

This vacation home is located in Cirencester. Cirencester Roman Amphitheatre and Swindon and Cricklade Railway are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cotswolds and Neigh Bridge Country Park. Lakeside Ski & Wake and Combat Splat are also worth visiting.
