Spinney Falls is an individual oak framed detached house and offers spacious accommodation incorporating five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Spacious family living to the ground floor with fully glazed elevations providing access onto the large rear decking. Located within a short walk of the family spa and restaurant.
ACCOMMODATION
The ground floor kitchen offers a good range of wall and base cupboard units with many built-in appliances to include induction hob, double oven/combination microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped for 10 guests.

The first floor accommodates the master en-suite double bedroom as well as a further double bedroom, bunk bed room and family bathroom. On the second floor, there is a further twin bedroom with sofa bed, please note the Foosball table has been removed however it does have a TV, Nintendo Wii and accessories. Double bedroom on the second floor as well as a family bathroom.
OUTSIDE
Large rear decking where you will find outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
We have a spa onsite with a bracing outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. There are two more 20m heated pools – one indoor and one outdoor, a steam room, a sauna and a technogym. Treatments are also available at the spa.
We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.
You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!
Pets - not allowed
Located in Cirencester, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Bristol Aero Collectlon and Corinium Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Lakeside Ski & Wake and Combat Splat.
