Large enclosed gardens to the side and rear of the property. BBQ provided. Please be aware there are two ponds and a moat in the garden. The garden is private and secure but some of the boundaries are hedges so please watch children and dogs

The front courtyard garden also has a shallow pond so please be mindful with children and dogs. The Manor is a truly stunning, Grade II* listed house in a countryside setting. A luxurious haven of privacy with 1.5 acres of gardens, ponds and an outdoor swimming pool.
The house truly offers the unusual! The large kitchen breakfast room has the feel of a barn with its glass roof, oak beams and log burner. A private staircase leads to a bedroom and bathroom separate from the rest of the house. Walk from the kitchen and through the dining room and you will find both a formal sitting room and a large snug an excellent space to curl up and watch an afternoon film.
The bedrooms, all full of uniqueness and charm, are set over the top two floors. There are a number of staircases and little secret doors connecting them all together, fantastic fun for children to explore and play.
To keep all entertained and pampered during your stay The Manor Concierge will help organise activities that will create memories that will last a lifetime. Let your Zen flow with morning garden Yoga, followed by a beauty treatment or two. You can get creative with all the family with a professional art class within the grounds. Cook up a storm like Nigella, at an afternoon foodie’s workshop in your barn kitchen. Get shaken and not stirred with a fun cocktail making class for the perfect pre dinner aperitif. As evening draws in, take advantage of The Manor Dining experience. The grounds private chef will create hearty seasonal menus to tantalise the taste buds. For those extra special celebrations opt for the bespoke al carte menu to wow your party guests, followed by some evening entertainment. Lords and ladies of The Manor, don’t forget to strike a pose for the ultimate keepsake, instruct the pro photographer to capture all of your special moments.
With all this you may never wish to leave the property but if you do then the location is excellent. The famous ’Severn Cider’ is just down the road, for events and tastings; whilst the Forest of Dean offers plenty for the adventurous including mountain biking, zip wires (Go Ape), kayaking, horse riding, golf and clay pigeon shooting etc. There is an abundance of cycle tracks and valley walks where you may even encounter the native wild boar. Alternatively; just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in this rural retreat.
