Found about 3 miles away from the pleasant Roman town of Cirencester, this tasteful property is quietly nestled in a courtyard setting. It lies in a secluded village in the Duntisbourne Valley, which is perhaps one of the prettiest valleys in the Cotswolds with its Saxon age village church. There are wonderful views over the unspoilt countryside and enjoyable long or short walks including a section of the Macmillan Way. Central for Cheltenham for the horse racing, Gloucester for its heritage, Oxford for its academia and history, Stratford upon Avon for its beauty and associations with the playwright William Shakespeare, and the quaint Cotswold towns of Burford and Stow on the Wold. The region has good access to London and the north via train and motorway transport links. Slightly further afield are the vibrant cities of Bristol and Bath. Relax in the lounge with its cosy wood burner (first basket of logs included), where you can snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. There is a dining area in a wide corner with a table with room for four. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, is a bedroom with a king size bed and a further bedroom containing twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a large shower and WC. Stepping outside and overlooking the stream is the enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ. You are free to make use of a separate lawn area located 20 yards from the property for picnics and games. You are also able to access a tumble dryer located in the dairy across the yard. There is off road parking for two cars.
