From here you can access the spacious kitchen/diner, the kitchen being well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and the dining area comprising a table and chairs for four. The lounge is accessed from the kitchen, a generously sized space where you can relax with friends, with a wood burning stove for chilly evenings, and a smart TV if you chose to watch a good film. Part of the open plan lounge is an extended, vaulted sunroom which is a serene space for catching up with a good book. When the day is done climb the stairs where you will find two beautifully finished rooms. A king size with en suite shower and WC and another king size with a freestanding bath, shower and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed landscaped garden with a pergola offering some shade to the patio area. There is a table and chairs and also a private hot tub (available from 3rd December 2021). There is storage for bikes and off road parking for two cars.
