Activities on offer include stand up paddle boarding, boat trips, fishing, sea swimming, rock climbing, walking and cycling. Head to Coed y Brenin for mountain biking, Royal St David s for the links golf course in Harlech or for adrenaline seekers there s Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog. There are many historic sites, castles, museums and events to be enjoyed. Being close to southern Snowdonia you can enjoy a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events alongside the breath taking scenery. This lovely detached house is full of interesting features and all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Walk into the welcoming hall with the kitchen/diner to your left and lounge to your right. Just be prepared to get distracted by the panoramic views as you go through to the spacious kitchen, flooded with natural light. If you decide to eat in with your local purchases from your travels, you will find all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious meal including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather round the dining table and embrace the stunning view whilst enjoying tasty treats and catching up on the news. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. After a full day out step into the lounge with feature fireplace, and relax on the comfortable sofas, read a book, watch the Smart TV or plan your holiday activities. For cosier nights in, switch on the electric log burner effect fire. There is a stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC, where you can relax in a bubble bath after a day exploring. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. Heading up the stairs on the first floor there are two delightful bedrooms with fabulous views over the estuary to choose from, the king size room with en suite WC, another king size and a spacious twin with en suite shower room and WC. There is another shower room on this floor to start the day with a leisurely shower. There s oodles of space for everyone to get together and enjoy this lovely location. The garden has a large paved terrace to embrace the stunning views with table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. A perfect spot for sundowners as the sunsets over the estuary and the Cadair Idris mountain range. There is a lawned area with pretty shrubs and borders, ideal to relax, read a book and watch the local wildlife. There is private parking for three cars at the property and plenty of space for bikes, canoes and paddle boards.
