Relax in the heart of Welsh history, here, in this beautiful terraced cottage within the walled town and World Heritage site of Conwy. A rather special house for up to 8 people a characterful, listed building with superfast broadband, a cosy log burner and thoughtfully prepared facilities.
Set a few feet below street level, the ground floor consists of a beautiful dining room, long lounge with large inglenook fireplace with log burner. The modern kitchen and small utility area are also on this floor and lead out to a fully enclosed rear yard. The four bedrooms and family bathroom (bath with shower over) are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large en-suite shower room, the second bedroom also has a king size bed, the third bedroom is a comfortable double and the fourth bedroom has full size bunkbeds. Facilities include central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, Sky TV with Sports and Movie package, hi-fi, superfast internet access and Wi-Fi , multifuel burner in the lounge. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff, bed linen and towels are supplied. This is a no smoking property. Two small dogs or one large may stay but sorry, no puppies, the nearest grassy area is Bodlondeb park about 300yds away which offers approx. 25 acres of grass and woodland walking with children's play area, cricket pitch and tennis courts. There is off road parking for one car in a private carpark round the corner from the cottage. Please Note: This property has refundable a £200 good housekeeping deposit for all bookings.
