Bryn Lon Mawr is a stone barn conversion that has been brilliantly divided into two guest accommodations: Bryn Lon and Bryn Lon Bach, and which can be rented separately or as one.
Bryn Lon Mawr sleeps a total of 10 guests in five bedrooms if you rent both together and individually they sleep six and four respectively.
It's the perfect solution for family groups who want to eat and play together but prefer to sleep in separate accommodation and have the luxury of some quiet space when needed and without feeling overcrowded.
Bryn Lon Mawr enjoys a beautiful countryside setting in Caergeiliog, just a five-minute drive to the village of Bodedern and an easy 15-minute drive to popular Rhosneigr village and beaches.
What you should know: Bryn Lon Mawr is pet-friendly, welcoming two well-behaved dogs. Tell your humans!
Upside down living!
Your world will be turned upside down when you stay at Bryn Lon Mawr. The reverse layout has the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen spaces on the first floor.
So let's start with the bedrooms…
Sleeping arrangements
Enter into beautiful double-doored hallways with gorgeous flagstone tiled floors. There are five bedrooms in total, all on the ground floor.
Bryn Lon sleeps six guests in three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin bedroom
There is a family bathroom with a bath over shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bryn Lon Bach sleeps four guests in one double and one bunk bedroom. There is a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
All of the bedrooms are spacious and feature lovely wood-beamed ceilings which add a touch of rustic charm to each. They are complete with wardrobes and dressers.
Upstairs living space
Head upstairs to the cosy living, dining and open-plan kitchen areas with their wooden floors, beamed double-height ceilings and skylights.
Each upstairs living area features comfortable sofas, a dining table and a wood burner. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen in each accommodation.
When you rent Bryn Lon Mawr as a whole, you can open the connecting door which links the two kitchens via a hallway. This is a fantastic set-up where you can gather, cook together and dine together and then cosy up on comfortable sofas and catch up on the latest gossip or your favourite series on the flat-screen Smart TV.
You can also choose to make use of both kitchens to cater for group dinners or as an extra socialising space for adults or where children can hang out together and fix themselves a picnic snack when they get peckish.
Bryn Lon Mawr has been modernised for comfort retaining many original details which make for the perfect rural stay.
Rural garden setting
Bryn Lon Mawr features a pretty enclosed rural garden area with picnic benches and swings for the children and gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside.
The Nitty Gritty
Bryn Lon Mawr has access to a communal utility room which is located outside of the property and contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bryn Lon Mawr is two separate houses (Bryn Lon and Bryn Lon Bach) that can be rented separately or easily connected to make one large property via an upstairs hallway between the two kitchens. The property provides two travel cots and two highchairs only - We dont provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen.

Location Information
A peaceful and friendly village, Bodedern sits at the heart of the wonderful Isle of Anglesey. The village has basic amenities including a welcoming pub, local shop and a Post Office.
If you want to get out and explore the island, the closest destinations are Holyhead (10 minutes) and Trearddur Bay (13 minutes). Holyhead boasts lots of charming shops and pubs as well as the striking Breakwater with its County Park. Meanwhile, Trearddur Bay is flanked by glorious rugged coastline and sandy beaches and coves, as well as the picturesque South Stack Lighthouse.
The popular village of Rhosneigr is just a 15-minute drive from Bryn Lon Mawr. Winner of the Green Coast Seaside Award, it has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing.
Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!
Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
What's not to love!
Located in Holyhead, this farm stay is in a rural area. Barclodiad y Gawres Burial Chamber and Llynon Mill are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Holyhead Harbour and Penrhyn Golf Club. Summit to Sea and Holyhead Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.
