If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has been thoughtfully planned with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, including a electric Range oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Walk through to the spacious dining room with drinks fridge where everyone can gather for a home cooked meal and plan the holiday activities. After dinner, go through to the impressive lounge with large picture window offering expansive views of Snowdonia, light the wood burner and relax on the comfy sofa s whist listening to music or watching a film on the Smart TV. Open the French doors and let the outside in embracing your idyllic surroundings. Walk through to the hall and take two steps up to the first bedroom, this bedroom offers a king size bed, Smart TV and en suite with shower. Return to the hall, take another two steps up to the family room. The family room offers a king size bed and a pull out bed which can either be two 3ft single beds or a double. The family room also offers a Smart TV and an en suite with shower, WC and separate bath. Upstairs to the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with en suites and Smart TVs for your comfort, choose from the spacious king size with dual aspect windows, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, or the gorgeous twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request) with stylish shower room and lovely views to wake up to. Take a leisurely shower or bath, put on the robes and head down to the hot tub. The property is set on farmland, accessed via the owners farmstead which is approximately half a mile away, and surrounded by the beautiful Hiraethog mountain range, just perfect to relax in the private enclosed garden with hot tub. The property is fed through a wind turbine located two fields away on the owner s farmland. Enjoy alfresco dining at the table, chairs and maybe light the BBQ or gather around the firepit on cool evenings. The views are quite breath taking throughout the year. If you are bringing your bikes there is a covered store and an outside tap to hose your bikes down. Ample parking for cars at the property
