The dining area can be found in the conservatory which overlooks the large garden area and the countryside beyond which is a beautiful backdrop while enjoying your meals together. Also found on the ground floor is a spacious king-size bedroom with a TV, and a separate shower room. Directly opposite the property, the Gwydir forest offers a massive selection of walks to picturesque lakes and villages. Gwydir Forest is a haven for mountain bikers and e bikers with extensive forestry roads as well as the Gwydir Bach a Mawr trails, formerly known as the Marin, with the starting point just 500 metres from the property. Walkers and tourists will be delighted to discover the array of trails and attractions on the doorstep, such as Gwydir Uchaf Chapel built in 1673, known for its fine painted ceiling, and Gwydir Castle which is just next door. Enjoy a lovely walk from the farmhouse, along the riverbank to the historic market town of Llanrwst less than a mile away, boasting all the amenities needed for your stay including shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés. The charming village of Betws y Coed is just a 5 minute drive away (3 miles), which has the picturesque Swallow Falls and places to eat and drink, here you can spend the day roaming around boutique shops and sampling traditional pub grub. Explore the local surroundings and visit the miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Zip World Fforest (4 miles), all a short distance away. Everything that Eryri (Snowdonia) has to offer is within easy driving distance of this fabulous cottage including activities such as Adventure Parc Snowdonia (5 miles), Zip World and Bounce Below.
