It has four bedrooms, consisting of a family room with 'quad pod' bunk beds, a super king-size with an en-suite, and two double rooms, as well as a family shower room, the property can sleep eight people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a cloakroom. The Beach House is an excellently furnished house in an idyllic coast location.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lockable storage. Rear enclosed garden with lawn and raised patio with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 minute walk, pub 2 minute walk.

usage of the hot tub is not permitted after 11pm
