Tymawr is a large Victorian Country House, set in the foothills of Snowdonia. The house has superb views of surrounding countryside overlooking Tywyn and Cardigan Bay. Within easy walking distance of Tywyn and the seafront and just 4 miles from picturesque Aberdyfi with its beautiful sandy beach, famous links golf course, restaurants and shops.
Tymawr is a lovely, comfortable family house with seven bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and ample space for relaxing and entertaining. Spacious grounds and the surrounding hill farm provide further scope for adventure - with the farmers permission of course.
Ideal for family get togethers, reunions, golfing, walking, cycling, country ramblers and just getting away from it all.
Family Attractions : The Talyllyn Railway is a historic narrow-gauge steam railway, set in the beautiful Mid-Wales countryside. Running from Tywyn to Abergynolwyn and Nant Gwernol, the line passes the delightful Dolgoch Falls and there are excellent forest walks at Nant Gwernol.

Visitors are most welcome to Dovey Yacht Club. Membership application forms can be downloaded as a pdf document and are also available at the Clubhouse. If you are visiting Aberdovey for a short period you can take out a temporary membership.
