Bursting with quirky character, enjoying a magnificent sea view and with Aberdesach pebble beach just 2 minutes walk away, this is a perfect spot for a romantic break away. This charming area is famed for its very special sunsets and there are mountains and miles of coastline to explore. There is a grocery store in the village of Penygroes just 4 miles down the road; for more amenities a car is a must. Here you really are in the heart of all that the Llyn Peninsula has to offer, with lakes, coastal paths, fishing, bike trails, Snowdonia National Park, and popular tourist towns all within easy reach.
Llanberis is 25 minutes’ drive away where you will find the most popular path up to the summit of Mount Snowdon; for a more leisurely way up the Llanberis railway, be sure to book your tickets to avoid disappointment. Llyn Padarn, also in Llanberis, offers the opportunity to hire kayaks and paddle boards. There are many beaches to explore in the area - you will be spoilt for choice! Just down the road, you will find popular Dinas Dinlle beach with wonderful views across the bay to Anglesey
Caernarfon Castle is only a short drive away, an imposing UNESCO World Heritage Site, a great place to spend the day and grab a bite to eat in one of the many cafés, restaurants, or friendly pubs. You are also within easy reach of bustling Pwllheli, Morfa Nefyn, Criccieth and Porthmadog, home to the Welsh Highland Railway. Or visit Glasfryn Park where you can enjoy many activities such as go-karting, archery, crazy golf and many water sports to name a few. Please note that whilst this property does not accept dogs, the owner’s dog will be walking past the shared courtyard-style garden area. Beach 1 mile.
