The world famous Portmeirion Italianate village is 6 miles away, home of the TV show The Prisoner and many special events. Activities on hand include swimming, sailing, surfing, and canoeing, walking, plus cycling opportunities. On entering the stylish former sailors retreat, you will find the beautiful master bedroom with king size bed, Smart TV, Alexa Dot, and fabulous estuary views to wake up to. Also from the hall, find the contemporary shower room with a walk in shower and WC, and a further room with daybed and plenty of space for your holiday attire. Upstairs you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and superb balcony overlooking the estuary. The kitchen area has all the equipment you need to prepare delicious meals with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, not forgetting the all essential Nespresso coffee machine for the morning. When ready enjoy a meal together at the dining table, the perfect setting for a romantic evening watching the tide come in. After dinner relax on the sumptuous sofa, snuggle up and watch the Smart TV or open the doors and let the outside in. Outside there is an enclosed decked balcony with furniture overlooking the estuary, perfect to enjoy the view from sunrise to sunset watching the wildlife and ebb of the tide.
