Each of the bedrooms has been tastefully decorated with comfy beds to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Within a few minutes walking distance is Morfa Bychan beach, and just over 10 minutes’ walk you’ll find the famous Black Rock Sands, a large sandy beach that spans for 2 miles backed by sand dunes and plenty of rock pools to keep the children and adults entertained for hours. You are perfectly placed for mountain walks as footpaths start from literally across the road. There’s a wealth of activities in the area, from rock climbing, kayaking, quad bike tours and you can even take a llama for a walk! You are also right next to a fantastic golf course. The nearby town of Porthmadog is only 2 miles away and has a wealth of places to eat, lots of lovely independent shops and is also home to the famous Welsh Highland Railway. The Italian style village of Portmeirion is a short drive away, less than 15 minutes. Take a drive a little further just under 12 miles and you’ll discover the imposing Harlech Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Set less than 2 miles from the edge of the Snowdonia National Park why not take a walk up Wales’s highest mountain? There are various walking routes to choose within easy driving distance. There’s so much to do you’ll most definitely want to stay longer. Beach 800 yards. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
