This cottage is halfway between the towns of Conwy and Betws y Coed explore Conwy s castle and estuary location, while in Betws y Coed there s plenty of great places to shop, especially for the outdoor enthusiast. Enjoy the sights of the National Park or visit some of the family attractions nearby which include Surf Snowdonia, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Bodnant Garden. The area is also excellent for many thrilling activities including mountain biking, white water rafting and mountaineering, you can also find course fishing which is under 2 miles away at Vale of Clwyd Angling Club.. The living room of this single storey property is the perfect cosy retreat, where you can curl up on the comfortable seating next to the wood burner (initial supply of logs provided) and relax while watching the TV/DVD. There is also a selection of books, games and films provided to provide even more entertainment. The modern and cosy kitchen/diner is the first room you ll be greeted by when you step into the house, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal or just a light snack. Features include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while the dining area has a table and chairs which easily seat four and a stereo where you can play your favourite tunes. This cottage has two bedrooms: a master super king size bedroom and a double. The super king size bed can be made up into a twin as it is a zip and link bed. This bedroom also boast views out to the surrounding valley as well as an en suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom which features a free standing bath, separate walk in shower, WC and heated towel rail. Outside of the property, you can relax in the patio area to the front of the house, where there is a picnic bench and some wonderful views out to the surrounding countryside. The rest of the enclosed garden features a large lawn. Ample off road parking is available to the front of the cottage. Please note that the charging of electric cars is not facilitated or allowed at this property. The nearest charge point is 2 miles away.
