This fresh and airy space is perfect for sitting back at the end of the day, watching a film on TV or taking in the views across the estuary. To the rear of the room there s an inviting dining area perfect for gathering together for a family meal. A step leads down into the stylishly designed kitchen/diner which has a dishwasher, electric double oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge as well as an additional dining table and a handy breakfast table. The freezer and washing machine can be found in the utility room. There s also a shower room with a shower and WC on this level, along with the first of the property s three refreshing bedrooms: a light and cheerful twin room which is reached via a step down. Heading upstairs, the upper floor offers two cosy double bedrooms with plenty of storage space and views out over the river. You will also find an invigorating bathroom complete with underfloor heating, a shower over the bath and a WC. A free car pass is provided, allowing parking in the Aberdyfi pay and display car parks, the nearest being 250 metres away at Penhelig.
