There are three stylish and well-appointed bedrooms, all boasting hand-crafted oak king-size beds, ensuring a good night's sleep, patio doors out to seating areas and one of the bedrooms has the benefit of an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms share the use of an equally beautiful bathroom and there is an additional cloakroom for convenience. In the attached outbuilding there is storage space for bikes and equipment and if the weather keeps you indoors, there is a pool table and a dart board here. To the front is a courtyard and decked seating, the frontage is all open to the adjacent cottage, Plas Mawr, with a private garden at the rear, ideal for enjoying a cup of tea whilst planning the day ahead. Situated in a tranquil setting surrounded by open farmland close to the village of Groeslon and yet is within five miles of the historical and royal town of Caernarfon, offering a range of shopping facilities. For those who love walking, there are some excellent routes from the cottage, not to mention the beautiful Blue Flag beach at Dinas Dinlle, offering a sloping shoreline, sand dunes and rock pools, just three miles away. Snowdon is within easy reach and slightly further afield are also attractions including Bounce Below and Zip World Velocity 2 and Zip World Titan.
