The property sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which are a double with an en-suite, a twin (zip/link) with an en-suite, a ground floor double and a ground floor twin (zip/link). There is also a kitchen with a breakfast island, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a conservatory with panoramic countryside views, a dining room, a study/play room and a media room. Outside there is off road parking for five cars, bike storage on request, enclosed decking and a patio with furniture and a hot tub. Bryn Derw is a superb, luxurious Conwy cottage for family and friends to enjoy making superb holiday memories.

Off road parking for 5 cars. Storage for bikes on request. Patio and decking with furniture and hot tub. Stabling and adjacent grazing for horses on request at additional cost. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, to be kept in kitchen, sitting room and conservatory. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 1.5 miles. A true medieval gem, the town is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls - fortified with 21 towers and three gateways, the walls form an almost unbroken shield around the old town.
Located in Colwyn Bay, this cottage is in a rural area. Llanrwst Almshouses and Y Bont Fawr - Llanrwst Bridge are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Saw Bench and Conwy Quay.
