Taste the local delights in pubs, restaurants, cafes and the Welsh Food Centre, visit the collection of independent shops, events and attractions in and around the area, from National Trust sites such as Bodnant Gardens to Britain's Smallest House in Conwy. This beautiful stone farmhouse, refurbished in 2019, is a delight to stay in with exposed stone walls, high ceilings, exposed beams and all the creature comforts for a most enjoyable stay. Go through the back door and into the boot room and utility room with plenty of space for your boots, coats and holiday attire, alongside the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a lovely shower room with shower and WC here, perfect to take a leisurely shower. As you walk through to the kitchen you will be tempted to get creative in this lovely space. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has oak work surfaces, an electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher with all the extra equipment you need to rustle up a meal. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round, plan your holiday activities and enjoy this social space. After dinner take time to relax in the lounge on the sofas, read a good book, watch Sky TV with standard package or maybe light the wood burner for cosy nights in. There is also a lovely bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and Sky TV. Head upstairs to the first floor to choose from a further three bedrooms, two king size bedrooms both with Sky TV and one with an en suite shower room and WC, or the lovey twin bedroom with Sky TV. All the bedrooms have lovely linen and have been designed for a good night s sleep with lovely views to wake up to. To complete the accommodation, there is a family bathroom perfect to take a leisurely bath with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Outside, enjoy the wildlife and wonderful views from sunrise to sunset from the enclosed garden with hot tub, table and chairs. Explore this working farm with breath taking views, there are a number of private walks to enjoy in the grounds or join the public footpaths further afield including the landmark of Cadair Ifan Goch. If you are bringing you bike or canoe, there is storage available and private off road parking for four cars.
