Private Snowdonia retreat with views of Bala Lake - perfect for a family or friends' get-together. This spacious cottage is just 1 mile to Bala market town and even closer to the lake (the largest natural lake in Wales) with its range of watersports and lakeside steam-train. Surrounded by its own enclosed grounds with a large decking area to the front where you can enjoy alfresco dining and beautiful sunsets in style.
Bala's cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants are an easy 20 min walk, whilst you have plenty of mountain walks and cycle routes to choose from locally. Days out include the National White Water Centre, Zip World and Bounce Below, market towns and castles, Coed y Brenin Mountain Biking Centre and Portmeirion, as well as golden beaches such as Barmouth and Black Rocks towards the coast.

- Rooms: ground floor – open plan main living room with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Separate lounge, super-king / twin bedroom and shower room. Upstairs - bedroom with king and single bed, bedroom with double and single bed, bathroom.
- Kitchen and utilities: Newly fitted kitchen with all modern appliances.
- Entertainment: 2 x TVs and DVD player. Wifi included.
- For families: travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. Stairgate on first floor.
- Outside: Large decking area surrounding the whole property with partially covered roof. Picnic table and modern seating area with panoramic views of Bala Lake and mountains. Large garden with different levels, accessed from the decking.
- Parking: plenty of parking space within the enclosed grounds.
- General: bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included. Welcome pack on arrival. Gas BBQ available.
