There is a detached Artists Studio barn conversion, where you will find a games room complete with pool/table tennis and darts, comfy chairs, bar/small kitchen, cloakroom and a private gym. There is also a bedroom suite in the studio, separately accessed for two guests with a super king size zip and link (that can be made into a twin) with a large bath and shower room en suite, and a snug sitting room. There are super views across the open fields and onto the Black Mountains and a private hot tub where you can enjoy catching up with everyone under the stars. Listen to birdsong from the patio area that s set up for al fresco dining with a parasol and BBQ or relax on the hand carved tree swing. There is ample parking along with a secure rack for bikes, and the good sized meticulously maintained gardens surround the property.
