Many leisure activities are also available locally including walking, canoeing, golf and climbing. There are various pubs and restaurants within walking distance and the local shop/delicatessen is just around the corner.
On the other side of the village there are many tourist attractions including a maze, crazy golf and butterfly house.
Both Ross and Monmouth are a short drive away and have interesting shops and a wide variety of eating establishments.
This vacation home is located in Ross-on-Wye. Great Castle House and Shire Hall are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Symonds Yat West Leisure Park and Perrygrove Railway & Treetop Adventure are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
