Within a 23 mile radius visit the market towns of Leominster, Ludlow, and Hay on Wye with their antiques, food, and literary festivals. If you are feeling energetic then head to the local mountain bike trails, River Wye kayaking, and the mountains of the Brecon Beacons. The barn has retained all its charm whilst offering a luxurious and relaxing stay, offering accommodation across two floors, On the first floor there is an oak beamed, open plan living space with wood floors and a cosy electric fire, with views east and west over pastures, hedgerows, and woodland, ideal for spotting Buzzards and Red Kites. On the ground floor, is a kitchen/diner with a well equipped kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Also, on the ground floor there is a double aspect king size beamed bedroom with views over the smallholding, and finally the shower room with a large walk in shower and WC. Outside you can enjoy the sun throughout the day, enjoy dining in the small courtyard, or have a morning coffee on the bench. There is a private hot tub with a seating area that is accessed up from the barn. There is off road parking for one car.
