A trip to one of the many market towns is a must where you can pick up local produce from a farmers market or browse the independent shops, Hay on Wye is famed for books and the annual international literary festival and the market towns of Ross on Wye, Monmouth and Leominster all welcome you with an eclectic range of independent shops. You ll enjoy the drive through the pretty Herefordshire hamlet before arriving at the shepherd s hut, peacefully secluded within the fringes of a mature meadow enjoying the shade of trees that blossom in the springtime. The hut sits to the rear with wooden steps up to the front door. Step inside and back in time, the interior has been finished in keeping of times gone by with simple cladded walls and picture windows. There is a wood burner with logs to keep you warm in the cooler months, a kitchen area with electric hob, small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A folding down oak table with 2 stools. A double bed and a spacious shower and WC. Outside the area has been enclosed and offers a private hot tub where you can relax and stargaze. There is also a gas BBQ and table and chairs for supper outdoors. There is a storage shed that is suitable for bikes and off road parking for one car.
