The house is only 7 miles from the bustling town of Aviemore, which is also situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and at the head of the Speyside Way. The whole area boasts a wide range of outdoor activities including skiing and snowboarding, mountain and quad biking, zip lining, zorbing, climbing, hill walking and a variety of water sports on the nearby Loch Insh, Loch Morlich and the River Spey. Take a trip on the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, visit the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre or the Highland Wildlife Park at nearby Kingussie. Enjoy a round of golf at the Spey Valley golf course, and the Dalfaber Resort has an extensive array of leisure activities.
Further afield, take a trip to Inverness, the Highland capital, or explore the Moray coastline, which is peppered with little fishing villages and beautiful beaches, and was voted in the top 20 the best coastline destinations in the world!
