The property is semi-detached on the seafront and you can lay in bed and listen to the waves crashing on the beach opposite. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room which has a good level of appliances. The living room is cosy and comfortable with a wood burner, there is a kingsize bedroom on the ground floor and a shower room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and there is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Outside there is an enclosed garden and private parking.

Take a trip along the Moray Malt Whisky Trail, the only one in the world! For those seeking relaxation, you can sit back and watch the ever changing scenery this lovely area has to offer.
