With just a short stroll down to the busy harbour, you can easily enjoy boat trips to the Islands of Canna, Rhum, Eigg and Soay, while trips to Loch Coruisk, in the heart of the Cuillins, are very popular, with regular sightings of whales, dolphins, basking sharks and puffins along the way! The Isle of Skye is a breathtaking island, and a trip to Talisker Distillery and its great visitor centre is a must to taste the local whiskey.
