The lounge consists of a good size room with 3-seater settee and 2 armchairs and a large smart TV. The dining area has a table for 6 guests and a patio door to patio with picnic table. The kitchen offers guests an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, kettle, 4 slice toaster, breakfast bar, plenty of pots and pans. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a door to back of house. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed, beside cabinets with table lamps, wardrobe, mirror, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The double bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside cabinets with table lamps, chest of drawers, and a free-standing wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shower room is a wet room with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The outside provides guests with a large garden with patio area picnic table and chairs. Private driveway, with ample parking for 3 cars. Child and dog friendly garden.
All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
Situated in a central but tranquil area of Aviemore with great access to north and south routes to explore the wider reaches of the Highlands. 10-minute walk from the centre of Aviemore. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. Aviemore train station is located within a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute drive.
No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM up to 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am.
Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
This vacation home is located in Aviemore. Cairngorm Brewery and Spey Valley Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Craigellachie National Nature Reserve and Cairngorm Reindeer Centre. Speyside Wildlife and Landmark Forest Adventure Park are also worth visiting.
