Approached by a private road, this detached cottage has lovely features such as the high wooden vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows to allow for full appreciation of this fabulous location. This Skye cottage is ideally suited to a family or group of friends who really want to savour the tranquillity and peace of the island and spend time surrounded by breathtaking scenery. This single-storey cottage has three bedrooms - two double rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and a twin room, as well as a main bathroom. The delightful sitting area boasts large arched windows looking out to the sea, high ceilings, a decorative woodburner and comfy furnishings. The kitchen and dining area offer French doors, which open out onto a balcony and again take full advantage of the views, making it an excellent place to sit and enjoy breakfast. The village of Armadale is some 10 miles to the south of this Sleat cottage and has a hotel, lively pub and a village shop, plus 15 miles away is Broadford - Skye's second largest village. The area of Sleat is known as the Garden of Skye due to its abundance of flora and fauna making it very popular during the summer. There is so much to see and do on the Isle of Skye.
