Park the car up at the house and enjoy a wonderful selection of restaurants and cafes along the esplanade within 0.5 miles of the house. Enjoy a day or two out on Shanklin Beach, it s one of the best known stretches of beaches on the island. There is something for everyone on the island, from a day out at the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (3 miles) to walking with a fantastic coastal path to discover. Enter this accommodation into the welcoming hallway. The open plan lounge/diner with Smart TV/DVD is the first room you will find, there is a table and chairs with enough seating for the whole group to gather around with patio doors leading out to the garden, a great place to enjoy that indoor/outdoor living. Head through into the well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a separate WC completes this level. Head up to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located: the main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds, with the final bedroom featuring a double bed. The shower room with shower and WC complete this level. There is off road parking at the front of the house available for one small/medium car on the narrow driveway. There is also a pay and display car park within walking distance of the house where tourist permits can be purchased. The rear enclosed garden is a well maintained area with a patio benefitting from outdoor furniture and an artificial lawn which makes this a wonderful space to sit out and enjoy the climate of the south coast.
