A ten-minute walk through a beech copse and fields leads to the delightful village of Godshill, known for its church, thatched cottages, and various tea shops, restaurants, and pubs. The farm courtyard provides immediate access to footpaths and bridleways leading to Appuldurcombe and the Ventnor coast, with sandy beaches at Ventnor, Sandown, and Shanklin just a short drive away. The cottage is part of a group of three adjoining south-facing cottages overlooking a farm courtyard with Grade II listed barns and a traditional 17th-century farmhouse.
