See the waves crashing from your own private sun terrace in our modern 2 bed beach front apartment. Step outside and into the heart of Southsea where you are only moments away from the Victorian pier and just a short walk to Palmerston Road which is home to many independent bars, cafes and restaurants. This newly decorated, two double bedroom apartment with off road parking is the perfect base for your stay in Portsmouth.
The space
Located on the top floor of a classic Victorian building designed by Thomas Ellis Owen, this beach front apartment is perfect for couples and families alike. There are two double bedrooms, both with double beds and a family bathroom . A lounge area with 2 sofas, TV and pull out corner dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped but the highlight of this property is the private roof terrace which overlooks the seafront and South Parade Pier. You can watch the ships coming into and out of the busy harbour and on a clear day see all the way across to the Isle of Wight. Please note that this roof terrace has low railings and children must be supervised at all times. There is also a parking bay at the rear of the building with coded gate access.
**Please note that we are an environmentally conscious property who cares about the beach and the seafront so we try to avoid single use plastic where possible**
Guest access
Through a communal door and up 2 flights of stairs to the property where you will have access to your apartment. There is no lift access. This property does have a parking space. The coded gate to the car park space is to the left of the building , turning left just past the bus stop.
Other things to note
This is not a property for young children due to the roof terrace.

Bikes can be locked up in the communal hall at your own risk
Bin shed is located to rear of property by the car park.

Check in from 4pm and check out at 11am.
