This lovingly decorated cottage is nestled in peaceful surroundings close to the pretty village of Biddenden famed for it s annual Tractor Fest as well as being home to a fantastic selection of restaurants, shops, tea rooms and an award winning vineyard. Heading a little further from the cottage will lead you to the market town of Tenterden with its wide selection of independent shops along a beautiful tree lined High Street, the towns of Rye and Hastings, a whole host of stunning National Trust houses, gardens and numerous other wonderful locations. For those who like the great outdoors, Biddenden offers some great local walks which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment. Enter the cottage through the front door which, which is undercover, with a space for leaving outdoor footwear. The door opens into the light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and oak beam features. The lounge area has two comfy sofas and a TV with DVD player. There is table suitable for four people to dine at and a beautiful dresser which holds a selection of board games and books. The kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect, including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar perfect for a morning cup of coffee. There are two bedrooms leading off either end of the open plan main room. Both bedrooms have zip and link super king size beds that can be made into twin beds on request. The master first bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. The second bedroom has an en suite shower room with walk in shower and WC. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout. French windows in the lounge, lead out to a secluded courtyard area with a patio table and 4 chairs. By arrangement, there is access to the owner's laundry room with a washing machine and indoor and outdoor drying facilities. There is private garage parking for one car (additional car parking by arrangement with the owner) and bicycle storage.
