Nestled on the owners' working farm, this lovely lodge is located a mile away from the town of Bentham and its shops, pubs and restaurants. Perfectly positioned on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and next to the Yorkshire Dales, there is so much to see and do in the area and many walks straight from the doorstep. Visit Hornby Castle or the Ingleton waterfalls trail, or explore one of the many pretty villages close by, such as Austwick, Settle and Whitewell, all within 20 miles. The popular Yorkshire Three Peaks are within 12 miles, a paradise for walkers and cyclists alike. The beautiful Lake District National Park is 20 miles away with even more walks and stunning scenery. Stepping inside this charming single storey lodge, you will instantly feel at home in the welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a Smart TV so you can cosy up and watch a film in the evening, while the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The dining area is ideal for socialising, you can sit at the dining table and enjoy a glass of wine whilst preparing a home cooked meal. Moving through to the bedrooms, there is one king size and one twin, and both bedrooms share a separate shower room with shower and WC. Externally, the property has a shared lawned garden with a private patio area, with stunning views over Ingleborough and Whernside and even the mountains of the Lake District in the distance. Sit and enjoy a BBQ whilst enjoying the breathtaking scenery. There is a shared tack room with a washing machine and cycle store. Off road parking for two to three cars. DIY livery 35 per week (payable to owner on arrival), part livery by discussion.
