For those seeking a little bit of history, the city of Lancaster is just 6 miles away where you can visit the captivating medieval castle, Ashton Memorial, and four museums. There are so many places to visit nearby including the Yorkshire Dales National Park (22.5 miles) and Forest of Bowland AONB (25 miles). Or why not spend a day exploring the Lake District and the stunning towns and landscapes it boasts, just 25 miles away. Step inside from the front of this property into a welcoming entrance hall with plenty of space for dusting off your sandals and hanging up your coats after a day of exploring. To the left, you will find a bright and spacious lounge and, behind it, a cosy snug with patio doors opening out to the decking. Along the hallway is the kitchen/diner boasting a large dining table where the whole family can sit. This is an incredible social space to gather and have breakfast whilst planning the day's activities. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher so you can cook up a feast for all. As you climb the first flight of stairs, you will arrive at the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC; here you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. Up a few more steps you will find the first two bedrooms; a spacious super king size with double doors opening out to a wonderful balcony with outstanding sea views and a double bedroom. Continuing up to the third floor, you will come to two shower rooms with WCs and, up the final flight of stairs, you will arrive at the final three bedrooms. These consist of a single and a double with fabulous sea view and a super king size zip & link (which can be set up as a twin on request). To the front of the property is a decked area with great seating as well as a bench overlooking the beach, the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee and delight in the refreshing sea air., not to mention the stunning sunsets. At the rear is an enclosed yard with a large table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco in the summer sun. Parking is on street and subject to availability.
