The Tack Room is a self-contained 1 bedroom cottage annex with views over the lakes and courtyard. The double bedroom is also off the living area, two steps down, and has a door opening directly on to the courtyard. There is space for a cot in the lounge or for a third guest on the sofa bed in the living room. Board and card games are kept in the dresser along with easy reading material and local information. The Tack Room looks out on to a beautiful blocked paved area with a fantastic countryside view.
Miles of walks on private footpaths on the farm await you and also has direct access to the Heritage Bridleway and Viking Way along with numerous public footpaths across the Wolds. There are 156 acres of grounds with miles of private footpaths on the farm and direct access to the Heritage Bridleway and Viking Way. Within the grounds are large well stocked fishing lakes, only for the use of guests, as well as a private nature reserve.
