This lovely bungalow is in a semi rural location with wonderful views out over fields to the front and back, including that from a picture window located in the living room. Here you are less than 5 miles away from the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe, with its fabulous sandy beaches offering miles of peaceful walks along the coast. In the autumn and early winter, be sure to head to Donna Nook to see the seal breeding grounds, where there are usually around a thousand pups a year born. The historic market town of Alford, set on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, is only 3 miles away and is well worth a visit, with plenty to keep you occupied.
Any motor racing enthusiasts that are in your party will surely enjoy a trip to Cadwell Park Racing Circuit, just 20 minutes away. There are good walks and cycle routes to be explored throughout the area, and nearby Maltby Le Marsh has a shop, bar and restaurant, as does Woodthorpe with its garden centre and nearby golf driving range . Shop, pub and restaurant 1¼ miles.
