Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 15 yards away. . This lovely detached log cabin enjoys views across a large lake and open fields from both the living room and the hot tub, where you can sit back and relax after a day spent exploring the area. Just a short drive to the nearby town of Burgh le Marsh with its good range of amenities, pubs and shops and less than 5 miles to the sandy beaches of the traditional seaside holiday resort of Skegness.There are 140 acres to explore on this working family farm, which produces renewable energy from its own wind farm and solar park and also has a seasonal camp site which is open from 1st April until 7th September 2022. There are lovely walks around the lake and farm straight from the log cabin, and free fishing is included for bream, roach, rudd, chub and large carp (Environment Agency Rod licence required).
There are great cycle routes throughout the area, or you can just sit back on the decking and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view over the lake in front of you. The nearby Lincolnshire Wolds can be explored on foot, by bike or by car with many Wolds village café’s and pubs for refreshment during the day, before returning to relax in your own hot tub. Beach 4 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Embassy Theatre and Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Skegness Clock Tower and Gunby Estate. Skegness Aquarium and Lucky Strike are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like golfing.
