Resting between the majestic Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons National Park) and the Carmarthen Bay, on the outskirts of the bustling town of Ammanford is this superb property, Pant y Gaseg Cottage. This spacious accommodation enjoys three floors of contemporary-styling and is set up perfectly for large groups of friends and families seeking to explore the beauty of this part of South Wales. Step into the spacious kitchen, where the Range cooker takes centre stage before all of the other appliances that you will require to rustle up a tasty treat for you and your loved ones during your week-long stay. If the weather is on your side, head outside and dine alfresco whilst catching the final glimpses of sunshine before you retire to the sitting room. The sitting room comes with a plush seating arrangement, ideal for the adults to cosy up in front of the fire whilst the younger guests of the group head to the computer games room to while away a couple of hours. As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to catch your rest within one of the well-presented bedrooms, each boasting a refreshing ambiance and a TV, ensuring a perfect space to unwind in between your Carmarthenshire adventures. On the first floor you will find two king-size bedrooms with en-suite showers, as well as an additional king-size bedroom, whilst upstairs there is a further king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom. To the outside, a stable block is within striking distance of the property, and guests are welcome to bring their own horses along to discover the area’s superb bridle paths. If you don’t feel like cooking one evening, or are looking to celebrate a special occasion head into the town of Llanelli where a number of pubs, bars and eateries await you. For those feeling active, head to the Western Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) where you will find the Black Mountain Range offering opportunities for walking, mountain biking and horse riding, as well as catching glimpses of red kites in the Red Kite Feeding Centre, Llanddeusant. Alternatively, head to the woodland of Allt Nant-y-Ci which is ideal for more leisurely strolls and off-road bike trails for those feeling more adventurous. Other attractions which can be reached within a scenic drive include, the National Botanic Garden of Wales, Dinefwr Park and Castle, as well as Paxton’s Tower. Pant y Gaseg Cottage is an outstanding hideaway for you and your loved ones.
