Tucked away in the centre of Cley next the Sea, this newly renovated and former fisherman s cottage and is set in the heart of one of Norfolk s most picturesque villages, famous for its 18th century windmill and offering a choice of independent art and craft shops, art galleries, a superb delicatessen and a choice of places to eat and drink. There s a delightful shingle beach nearby, and you can explore the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and Cley Marshes Nature Reserve, the oldest and best known nature reserve in the area, which is a haven for keen birdwatchers. You can also enjoy wonderful walks along the Norfolk Coastal Path, and visit coastal towns and villages including Blakeney, Wells next the Sea and Cromer. Located down a pathway off the high street, you arrive at the cottage and then enter the property to arrive in a lobby where you can store your footwear or even give the dog a clean before continuing through the stable door leads to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The lounge area has a three seater sofa, and a chair along with a television should you wish to unwind and watch your favourite show after a busy day out on the coast. The wood burner is perfect for those chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with ice compartment. Should you wish to dine in there is a peninsula table and four stools off from the kitchen area. There is also a wet room which features a shower along with WC. There is a seating area to the front of the property should you wish to soak up some sun and there is a table and four chairs available for guests to use. The garden is not enclosed. The stable door opening height, which you go through into the living area, is 5ft 7inches.
