Situated in the quiet village of Bawdeswell and nestled in the Norfolk countryside, this lodge offers the perfect base for a couple to explore the stunning North Norfolk coastline and the beautiful countryside. Within seven miles you can access The Marriott s way, which is 26 miles of bridleway and cycle route. Visit the stunning Norfolk Coastline, which includes the towns of Wells Next The Sea, Blakeney and Sheringham. Attractions include the North Norfolk Steam Railway in Holt, the End of the Pier show at Cromer, Thursford, Broads, Pensthorpe Nature reserve and the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. Norwich is close by with a range of independent shops and historic buildings. Fakenham Racecourse is a fantastic day out with numerous events throughout the year and this is within ten miles of the property. As you enter this wonderfully presented lodge, you arrive in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. The lounge area consists of a sofa surrounding the wood burner as well as a Smart TV, so offers the perfect environment to unwind after a busy day out exploring. The kitchen area boasts a combi oven and microwave, two ring electric hobs and a fridge with ice compartment. There is a table and two chairs located in the dining area which is the ideal place for breakfast or a spot of lunch or even an evening meal should you wish to dine in. The sleeping area consists of a double bed. There is a shower room with shower and WC. Outside has an enclosed area with table and chairs for two, a private no bubbles wood fired hot tub which doesn't use chemicals and will last for a maximum 3 4 days. Enjoy preparing al fresco meals using the BBQ, and should you bring cycles there is secure storage space for you to use. There is off road allocated parking for one car to the front of the property.
