Hunstanton is a traditional yet fun seaside resort with an entertainment centre and a long beach and promenade to walk along. With a mix of pubs, cafes and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice for somewhere to eat or even just for a quick drink. There are also a few seaside themed things to do such as visiting the Sea Life Sanctuary or taking a trip with Searles Sea Tours to see the seals, both perfect for a day out with the family. Venture to Old Hunstanton, only a mile away, for some interesting pubs and eateries, you can also visit the geographically weird and wonderful stripy cliffs nearby. As you enter this property you arrive into the beautiful tiled hallway which to the right leads through to a spacious open plan lounge/diner. The lounge consists of three large comfortable sofas where you can sit back and enjoy streaming your favourite shows on the 55" Smart TV. The dining area has a large table and enough seating for up to ten guests so you can spend some quality time with loved ones over dinner. There are French doors which open into the garden. The well equipped kitchen leads off from the dining area and here you have use of an electric range style oven and hob, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice machine. There is also a separate utility room that houses a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. From there you access a bright conservatory with seating and a ground floor separate WC. There is further access to the garden from here. Heading upstairs to the first floor there are two master suites. The first bedroom is a king size and has its own en suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom is a large super king size with its own dressing room and vanity unit. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a king size bedroom, a triple bunk bedroom which has a double bed and a single above it and finally there is a single room. The two larger top floor bedrooms include their own washbasin. All of the front bedrooms boast sea views. Guests also have use of the first floor bathroom which has a double ended bath, a separate shower and WC. The rear enclosed patio and garden areas are accessed via the dining area and via the conservatory and the owners have provided enough seating for ten guests should you all wish to soak up the sun, take in the sea breeze and enjoy some al fresco dining together. There is a side gate for entrance straight into the garden. Parking is free on street parking. The house is ideally placed for a quick and easy level walk to the High Street, promenade and town beach in one direction and the lighthouse and Old Hunstanton beach in the other direction. Please note the property is available for a week commencing 30/12/22.
