Finishing the ground floor accommodation is a useful separate WC. Ascending the staircase to the first floor, all bedrooms can be located off the landing. The first is a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with contemporary en suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC. The remaining bedrooms include a super king size, two king size and lastly a bunk bedroom suitable for both adults or children. The main bathroom enjoys contemporary touches such as sensor lighting and incorporates a shower, bath and WC. For those who like to relax outside, the house provides plenty of options. To one side is a fully enclosed lawn and wooded area, perfect for children and pets to run off any excess energy exploring. To the other side is a pretty orchard area and for guests to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, there is a charcoal BBQ with garden furniture. Adults and children alike will relish spending any remaining downtime in the small barn where they will find both a pool table and football table which can double as under cover bicycle storage.
