The space
This Edwardian Villa is in the heart of the seaside village of Mundesley and sister to Seashore House a 5 min walk away. The house has 6 bedrooms spread over the top two floors with 2 king size bedrooms at the top with stunning sea views (one with an en-suite shower and toilet, the other with its own sink) there is a further room on this floor with 2 single beds. On the first floor are 2 rooms with 3 single beds (one with sea view, the other with en-suite loo) and another king size bedroom with similar sea view and en-suite toilet and shower. There are two further communal bathrooms (one with separate shower and bath) on the first floor. All the bathrooms have been completely remodelled to add the luxurious touch you would get in a boutique hotel.
Downstairs there is a large lounge and a huge kitchen dining room both with doors out to the patio which leads onto the generous lawned and fully enlosed back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers an integrated fridge freezer, an Aga plus separate hob. There is a further large American style fridge freezer in the games room. Double doors take you out onto a large patio with outdoor dining for 14 people and a charcoal BBQ as well as a separate games room with 7ft pool table off the patio. There is also a shower room toilet and utility room (separate washing machine and dryer) on this floor.
A 5 minute stroll down a quiet private road takes you to the park with the beach just a couple of minutes further. Mundesley has one of Norfolk’s finest Blue Flag beaches. You can learn to surf, walk for miles, or hire bikes in the local cycle shop, play golf on the 9 hole course or look further afield at the many attractions and things to do in the surrounding area.

Located in Norwich, this vacation home is near the beach. Norfolk Motorcycle Museum and The Straw Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Cromer Pier and Happisburgh Lighthouse. Traveling with kids?
