Both barns are 5 star (Visit England), these grade two listed barns have been lovingly and sympathetically converted to an extremely high standard. Providing spacious, luxurious and comfortable self-catering accommodation, situated around a central courtyard, they retain many original features and the character of a traditional brick and flint Norfolk farm building.
Both offer fully equipped kitchens with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock, free wifi broadband.

Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound. Separate extra living area off kitchen with additional 50" tv and seating.
Downstairs toilet
Upstairs - 3 King size bedrooms with ensuite bath and shower rooms, 1 Twin bedroom with bath and shower ensuite. Each upstairs bedroom has a TV.
Downstairs – 1 twin bedroom with wet room ensuite, suitable for wheelchair use.

Both barns enjoy a private patio area with table, chairs and BBQ in courtyard and lawned areas to the front of the property with patios.

Originally built as a grain and straw store these barns have great character with its large full height windows and exposed beams. The open plan layout makes it suitable for large family gatherings. As with all the barns these barns were named after the farm workers employed on the farm. All six barns can sleep a total of 35, so an attractive alternative to a hotel for a corporate event or family/friends get together.
Located in Holt, this vacation home is in a rural area. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Coast and Holt Country Park, while Chestnut Farm and The Mo are cultural highlights.
