Located on the edge of the traditional busy market town of North Walsham you have a choice of pubs and shops under 0.25 miles. The annexe is just a mile from North Walsham train station where you can travel on the Bittern Line to the fine city of Norwich or the quaint seaside towns of Cromer or Sheringham. For those who lust after fine sandy beaches then Mundesley, Sea Palling, Happisburgh are all within easy reach. The gateway of the Broads, Wroxham is close by and here you can hire a day boat to explore the miles upon miles of scenic waterways and fish or stop for a meal at one of many the riverside inns. As you enter this cosy annexe you arrive into the lobby where after a busy day out exploring the coast and country you can take off those walking boots and prepare to relax. The shower room with shower and WC is off the lobby and then you head through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area really is a home away from home with its comfortable furniture including a sofa and armchair where you are best placed to watch or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The dining area has enough seating for up to four guests so if you do have visitors for dinner you re well catered for. The designated chef will have the use of an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and there is also a washing machine, convenient for throwing in walking clothes after a day out exploring. There is an office area with a desk and chair perfect to set your laptop on, which then leads through to the double bedroom which has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and another Smart TV for those who love to watch the news first thing or fall asleep to a movie. Shared with the owners, guests have a large garden space to stretch their legs or let their dogs have a run to the rear of the property, along with a patio area with a table and chairs if you wish to soak up the sun, enjoy a drink or two or to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is also a garden area to the front of the house that guests are free to use. There is off road private parking for two vehicles.
