The Space:
The Sapphire apartment consists of a fully-equipped downstairs lounge/ kitchen area and toilet and an upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is centrally heated and the bedroom features a super king size bed which can be split into two singles on request. The En-Suite bathroom has a separate spacious shower and illuminating spa bath with twin mirrored vanity units.
An enclosed sunny rear garden and patio area is shared by the other two apartments.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There are 40" smart TVs that facilitates Netflix etc. in the lounge and bedroom. Free WiFi is available throughout. Off street car parking is available for one car per unit at the property.
The Neighborhood:
The Kings Arms pub and a well known fish and chip shop are situated in close vicinity of the apartment, together with several restaurants, takeaways and shops (all within a 5-10 minute walk).
Fishing is popular on the local beach, with a good selection of different species being caught all year round.
Views of the Caister Life Boat Station and a partial sea view can be seen from the front bedroom window.
The moated Caister Castle and the Beautiful Norfolk Broads National Park are just a very short drive away, giving you the opportunity to explore the Broads and maybe do some fishing aboard your very own Broads cruiser which you can hire for a day from one of the many local boatyards.
The Cathedral City of Norwich is situated within a 30 minute drive. With its Castle, many Historical attractions and endless shops restaurants and entertainment, you are sure to find something for everyone.
The Seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just 3 miles away with good public transport links (buses every 10 minutes). If you enjoy the flashing lights of the arcades on the seafront, enjoy a few white knuckle rides or are looking for some night-life then its well worth a visit. It also hosts a Shopping Centre, Racecourse, Golf course and Dog/Banger racing Stadium.
