Situated on the Norfolk Broads, these four cottages provide guests with an excellent Broadland setting. These cottages make an ideal retreat at any time of year. Wayford Bridge is a private development of five holiday cottages, adjoining a boatyard (owners live on-site), just set off the Great Yarmouth road near to Stalham, making an excellent touring and exploring base by boat or car. For guests enjoyment a dinghy is provided with each cottage, and use of an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (not open to public) shared between the five cottages. Each cottage has patio doors to the riverside patio and its own small private garden with seating furniture and private quay heading, where fishing can be enjoyed in season. Malt Shovel (ref 17429) has a balcony leading off from the living room over looking the river. Easy driving distance to the coastline, with wide sandy beaches and nature reserves. Stalham, Wroxham, Hickling and Barton Broad all within 15 minutes drive. Norwich City, 12 miles. Great Yarmouth, 16 miles. National Trust properties within ½ an hours drive. Shop and pub 250 yards.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES The boat is charged at £500 including 1 tank of fuel, not available last week in July or August. Central heating can only be used from 1st October to 1st April. Convector heaters are provided for the summer months, these are used at a charge of £1 coin meter. Dingy and life jackets available free of charge.
