Blyth Green Stable is a brand new holiday cottage in the site of the old stable. With high vaulted ceiling, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, a log burner for winter nights and two big bedrooms, the space is deceptively big and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to spend time in South Norfolk. There is a private patio area, parking for 2 cars and the ability to use the garden on request.
The hot water is solar powered and the building is very well insulated so in summer the house is eco- friendly.
There is full wi-fi and the building is protected by intruder, carbon monoxide, heat and smoke alarms.
The cottage sits on an ancient drovers' road, now a footpath, and access to walks though open fields or cycling routes along country lanes is right on our doorstep. The large village of Long Stratton is half a mile down the hill where there is a selection of restaurants, other food outlets, two pubs a Co-op supermarket and many other amewnities. Norwich and Diss are both 10 miles away along the A140.
Bedroom one has a chest of drawers, space for hanging clothes, two bed side tables and lights and a full length mirror. The bed configures either as two standard singles or a super king double.
Bedroom two is a little smaller with hanging space, and two bedside tables and lights. The bedside tables have small drawers for personal items and there is one big drawer available under the bed. The bed configures either as two small singles or a king sized double.
Located in Norwich, this vacation home is in a rural area. Wymondham Abbey and Castle Keep are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The Playbarn and Banham Zoo. Traveling with kids? Consider Megazone and The Plantation Garden. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
